Pro is sold on the website only; the phone apps are free to install and don't sell anything.
Questions
Is there a free trial?
There is no timed trial: the free plan has no end date, and you can upgrade when you need more than two reasons or one destination. Every payment, first or renewal, can be refunded in full within 14 days by emailing support@tapcue.app, no reason needed.
Where do I pay?
On the website, after you sign in: tapcue.app/app, under Account. Checkout and card storage are handled by Stripe. The Android and iPhone apps don't sell Pro, so there is nothing to buy inside them; Pro switches on for every device signed in with your email.
Can I cancel?
Any time, under Account. Pro stays on until the end of the month or year you paid for, then the account moves back to the free plan. Your saves and the notes TapCue already wrote stay where they are.
What does "one device" mean on Free?
One phone, tablet or browser signed in at a time. Signing in on a second device signs the first out. Pro removes the limit.
What happens to history on Free?
Delivered saves are kept for 30 days, then removed from TapCue. The notes TapCue wrote into your apps are yours and stay. Pro keeps a one-line history for good when you switch Keep history on.
Do I need Pro to use Obsidian or Notion?
No. Every destination type is available on Free: Obsidian, Notion, email, Todoist, Raindrop.io, GitHub, a webhook or TapCue itself. Free gives you one of them; Pro lets you set up as many as you like and route each reason to its own.
Do I need Pro for the AI connector?
Yes. API keys and the MCP connector are part of Pro. Read-only keys and full keys both count; there is no extra charge per key or per assistant.
Which currencies and taxes?
Prices are in US dollars. Where tax applies it is shown at checkout before you pay.
